Sabrina Garza serves as Kids First Chicago’s Senior Coordinator for Development and External Affairs. She is critical to advancing the organization's fundraising efforts and external communications strategies. She works closely with the Director of Development to spearhead individual and event-related giving, donor stewardship, and relationship-building initiatives.

Before her role in development, Sabrina served as the Communications & External Affairs Coordinator at K1C. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in promoting K1C initiatives as well as creating and disseminating accessible, dual-language content for various stakeholder audiences.

Sabrina received her B.A. in history and Spanish from Denison University in 2019. Sabrina is fluent in Spanish, and her experience as a first-generation Mexican-American informs her passion and commitment to community education, racial equity, and immigrant justice.
