Ana Mosqueda is the Director of Operations at Kids First Chicago, where she supports with all operational and logistical needs. At K1C, Ana previously supported the Accountability Redesign initiative as Project Manager. She led Stakeholder Engagement Design Teams, which serve as a model for collaboration and radical inclusion. The project’s recommendations were approved unanimously by the Chicago Board of Education as policy for CPS in April of 2023.

Prior to joining the K1C Team, Ana Mosqueda worked in various citywide nonprofit projects over the course of a decade in Chicago and New York City. This includes the Chicago Teachers Education Pipeline, Chicago Connected, and the study of a clinical care monitoring and data collection Tool (H3 Tracker) to assess mental health care services in a community-based pediatric integrated care.

Ana Mosqueda is the daughter of Mexican immigrants, a CPS alumna, and the first in her family to earn a postgraduate degree. She holds a BA in Human Services and Psychology from National-Louis University, and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University, Chicago. She has a passion for books, creative writing, and creating safe spaces for untold stories.
