OPEN POSITIONS

DATA ANALYST

The Data Analyst supports Kids First Chicago in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving data systems and tools for the organization. These analytics serve both as internal fact-checks around school performance, choice behavior, community data, and more, as well as providing a concrete foundation for addressing and shaping broader educational policy. The Data Analyst also provides critical analyses and thought partnership to better interpret and use data to identify macro and micro level policy improvements for broader organizational advocacy efforts.

EXTERNAL AFFAIRS & DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

The Associate will support  external engagement efforts to build awareness of key policy initiatives and grow the organization’s bottom-line impact year over year. Kids First Chicago's fundraising goal for FY19 is $3.4M, which we seek to secure from a variety of local and national philanthropic partners. The Associate must have a keen interest in creating experiences that inspire support for, build knowledge of, and continually advance the mission of Kids First Chicago.

POLICY & ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

The Associate will support the CEO and Chief of Policy on critical cross-functional initiatives requiring seamless coordination between the Community Engagement team and the Policy Team.  This person should have exceptional project management and communication skills, a strong bias towards action and the ability to provide structure and process for work when the optimal path forward is ambiguous.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

The Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for creating relationships in designated community areas of the city and building our grassroots base of partners and supporters, including parents, school operators, community-based organizations, and policymakers.  The Community Engagement Coordinator will be held to high expectations of performance with weekly and monthly goals for outreach and enrollment activities.
