Join Flamboyan Foundation and national experts—including our own CEO, Daniel Anello—for an inspiring conversation on setting powerful Family Engagement goals, elevating family voice, and using practical tools to measure what matters as you plan for next school year.
Join Flamboyan Foundation and a panel of experts for a conversation on setting goals for Family Engagement and measuring success. As we head into summer and begin planning for the next school year, we’re reflecting on how to set realistic, motivating, and meaningful goals for your family engagement work, how to incorporate family voice into those goals, and how to measure progress towards them.
The research is clear: family engagement has a positive impact on student learning, attendance, and behavior. Yet it is notoriously difficult to collect and analyze data that fully tells this story. During this webinar, you’ll hear from a panel of leaders about how they approach Family Engagement measurement and goal setting in their work. We will also share tools and resources from the Family Engagement Roadmap to help you measure what matters.
Panelists featured will include:
- Daniel Anello — CEO of Kids First Chicago
- Steve Sheldon — Associate Professor in the School of Education and a Co-Director of the Center for School, Family, and Community Partnerships at Johns Hopkins University
- Jacquelyn Green — Director of Staff and Student Support at Center City Public Charter Schools
- Shadae Harris — President + CEO, Groundwork Consulting and Former Chief Engagement Officer, Richmond Public Schools
