Living Room
This Living Room session will be led by Bottom Line. They will guide parents and caregivers through the key components of the college preparation and application process. They will break down the major elements of college applications, focusing on academic readiness, personal statements, financial aid, etc., while offering practical guidance for how parents can encourage students throughout the journey. Families will also receive a detailed overview of Bottom Line’s college access program, which is currently accepting applications for students in the Class of 2027. The session is designed to ensure parents feel informed and empowered to guide their students through each step of preparing for college and accessing available support programs.

- Parents and caregivers understand the major components of a college application and how they can support their student in strengthening each part.
- Parents and caregivers feel confident helping their students explore and access college support resources, including Bottom Line’s college access program.
- Parents and caregivers see themselves as active partners in their student’s college journey and feel equipped to motivate them throughout the process.
